Reviews and Ratings
My experience at the resort was quite disappointing. While the location was convenient, close to shops and the beach, the rooms and customer service left a lot to be desired. The facilities were outdated, with broken amenities and a lack of attention to cleanliness. Overall, I felt it was overpriced for the quality received, and I wouldn't recommend it.
I found the location of the hotel quite appealing, as it was a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle yet just a short walk from the beach. However, the accommodations left a lot to be desired, with outdated and worn furniture that did not match the website images. The service was hit or miss, and I experienced some pretty frustrating interactions with staff. Overall, while there are some redeeming qualities like the fun facilities, the overall experience was disappointing for what we paid.
I had a really mixed experience at this hotel. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the beach and shops. However, the condition of the room was disappointing, with some cleanliness issues that overshadowed my stay. The service was hit-or-miss, and the dining options could definitely use an upgrade. Overall, it felt like it has potential but needs a lot of work to meet expectations.
During my stay, I found the hotel an excellent value for money, with a beautiful location near the river and only minutes away from the bustling heart of Surfers Paradise. The room was fairly spacious and clean, although a bit outdated in terms of decor and some amenities. While the pool area was lovely, the overall experience was hindered by some significant shortcomings such as an uncomfortable bed and insufficient dining options. For the price, it offered decent value, but I would have expected a bit more.
I had a frustrating experience at this hotel. While the location is quite central and close to restaurants and shops, the cleanliness and service left a lot to be desired. The rooms were not up to par, and I faced issues with the deposit return process. Overall, I wouldn't recommend staying here, as the value for money just isn't there.
